Enjoy grass finished beef from your local rancher! All products are humanely raised in the Elk River Valley and we ensure a quality, healthy product that leaves you full. Our grass finished product offers a leaner option for a healthy, wholesome experience. All beef is dry aged for 14 days and is cut to your custom specifications.

All beef is grazed with regenerative practices on the ranch with soil and animal health being monitored very closely to ensure custom quality products.
