Our grass finished product offers a leaner option for a healthy, wholesome experience. All beef is dry aged for 21 days and is cut to your custom specifications.

All beef is grazed with regenerative practices on the ranch with soil and animal health being monitored very closely to ensure custom quality products.

Whole beef is sold at $2.40/lbs live weight with approximate butcher fee of $700.00. Total estimated cost: $3,300.00. Processing is paid directly to Fitch Artisan Meats and beef is available mid-October. Deposit - $400.00
