Whole Beef
All our beef is raised on the ranch using adaptive grazing, with careful attention to the health of the land and the animals, ensuring each cut is top quality.
A whole beef will provide roughly 380–400 lbs of local, grass-fed beef (weight varies with bone-in cuts and offal). Prices may adjust depending on your cut preferences. Total cost: $4,200. Beef will be available mid-October.

Half Beef
All our beef is raised on the ranch using adaptive grazing, with careful attention to the health of the land and the animals, ensuring each cut is top quality.
A half beef will provide roughly 180–200 lbs of local, grass-fed beef (weight varies with bone-in cuts and offal). Prices may adjust depending on your cut preferences. Total cost: $2,200. Beef will be available mid-October.

Quarter Beef
All our beef is raised on the ranch using adaptive grazing, with careful attention to the health of the land and the animals, ensuring each cut is top quality.
A quarter beef will provide roughly 85–100 lbs of local, grass-fed beef (weight varies with bone-in cuts and offal). Prices may adjust depending on your cut preferences. Total cost: $1,200. Beef will be available mid-October.
